Objectives of Paris Anti-Obesity Therapies 2007

After the great success of Paris Anti-Obesity Therapies 2006 and to face the universal epidemic of obesity, Paris Anti-Obesity Therapies 2007 proposes to gather the world specialists in the obesity field to discuss about the latest therapeutic innovations, the new pathways which will allow the development of new pharmaceutical treatments and the use of natural ingredients to fight against obesity.

Abstracts

The abstract should be a one-page document, character times 12-single spacing. The title (in bold) should be typed in capital letters authors initial, surname, institution, state. Underline the name of the presenting author. The text should clearly state objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. Simple tables and graphs are allowed. Presentation of every communication at the Conference is subjected to formal registration of at least one co-author. All accepted abstracts will be printed in the Abstract Book distributed during the Conference.

Short oral communications for scientists

Based on the abstracts, oral presentations (5 min) will be selected by the scientific committee.

Short oral communications for companies and start-ups

Based on the abstracts, oral presentations (5 min) will be selected by the scientific committee.

Poster Session

  • Posters will be selected by the scientific committee
  • Poster format: 0.70 width x 1 m high.

Edition of an abstract book

Abstracts of the Latest Scientific Advances on Therapies against Obesity will be published in an abstract book.

Continuous Medical Education (CME) & Certificate delivery

Paris Anti-Obesity Therapies 2007 will provide 30 CME credits. At your request, you will receive an agreement form.

Certificate delivery

A participation certificate will be delivered to the attendees at the issue of the conference, attesting their presence at the Pasteur Institute for Paris Anti-Obesity Therapies 2007.
